Hi dear friend
There's a quiet voice inside us, like a tiny light guiding us through each day. It's called Intuition, a deep down feeling we all have. But sometimes we forget to listen and connect to it. We get caught up in what others say and what seems logical. This precious gift often becomes obscured, drowned out by the noise of societal expectations and rational thought.
Recently I had a very strong message telling me to listen more and connect with my intuition. I have always had a good sense of it, but even though having that, I don't always pay attention. The noise of my surroundings, my programming and conditioning is still there on some level. And it’s the most annoying thing when I don’t listen and after…, damn, why I didn’t listen to that feeling, nudge or in whatever form it came. My intuition is NEVER wrong!
From the early years of childhood, we are taught to rely on logic and reason, to trust in the tangible and measurable. We are encouraged to dismiss the subtle nudges of intuition as mere whimsical notions that hold no place in the realm of practicality. And so, we lose touch with that inner sense that used to guide us.
As we grow older, the grip of rationality tightens its hold, overshadowing the intuition with its loud demands for logic and evidence. We become disconnected from the natural wisdom that once guided us effortlessly through life. We lose touch with our inner compass, stumbling blindly through the darkness of uncertainty.
Deep down, though, our intuition is still there, waiting for us to notice it again. It's like a little flame, ready to light the way, when we let it. All we need to do is listen, quiet down the noise around us, and tune in to our inner and higher selves.
We need to create some silent time and space in our hearts to hear it. For me meditation, writing in my journal and staying mindful helps me quiet my busy mind so I can hear that inner voice again.
When we listen closely, we might hear our intuition as a voice or like sudden ideas. It could be a gut feeling or a burst of creativity. But whatever form it takes, our intuition guides us back to who we really are. A light in the dark, guiding us.
In a world that often ignores intuition, it's important to listen to it, to find our power, our true selves, clarity and our path in life. We're not just watching life happen, we're part of it. I feel intuition is a road to self-discovery, a pilgrimage to the sacred sanctuary of our souls.
And as we learn to trust in its wisdom once more, we discover that it is not separate from us, but an integral part of our being, woven into the very fabric of our existence.
In a world that often seeks to silence the voice of intuition, it is more important than ever to reclaim this sacred gift. For in doing so, we reclaim our authenticity and truth.
So let’s listen, dear one, and pay attention to what our hearts are telling us. Let us trust in the wisdom that flows through us, guiding us ever closer to the light. For in reconnecting with our intuition, we rediscover the magic that lies within us, the magic of being truly alive.
Until next week, stay grateful and curious.
Much light and connecting within,
Kim
Each of us is truly on our own Personal Journey. We each have different childhood memories & experiences. What we learn during childhood remains with us until something breaks into the bubble we have been living in! THEN...we can discover who we really are & connect with our True Self. Quite a Journey!!
Wonderful clarity. Wonderful words of wisdom. Greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kim!
